We had to replace a two story deck on the side of a steep hill in Evergreen. The whole deck had to be removed and rebuilt, including the footings. Colorado Custom gave us the best quote and did an excellent job replacing the deck using the highest quality materials. Jonathan’s team was fast and courteous, completing the entire removal and replacement in three weeks, through snow, rain and winds. I wish Google would let me leave 6 stars; I can't say enough awesome things about our experience with Colorado Custom Covers and Decks. We met with 3 companies about our project to replace our three-season room and old concrete patio with a covered deck, and we are so grateful we chose this team to work with. From start to finish this was the smoothest project we have ever done on our house, and the end result turned out amazing. During the design phase, Jonathan and Randy quickly understood our vision, and they were the only team to figure out how to make a single level deck (which other contractors said wouldn't be possible). Every person on the building team was friendly and respectful, and the crew did a truly remarkable job. We are so happy we made this investment for our home and look forward to using this outdoor space for the next 30 years. TLDR: Use these guys if you are looking for a contractor to build a new deck. Jonathan, his entire staff and his entire crew were great to work with. The subcontractors were timely and communicating well with us. We were very impressed on how clean they kept the entire construction area everyday. They were here early everyday and did everything to make sure our vision came to life. Working with Colorado Custom Covers and Decks was beyond my expectations to say the least. They are a full service deck building company from beginning to end. When I contacted them they were quick and responsive to my needs and my vision. I had many obstacles with the county and Jonathan and Randy helped me navigate through to make my vision come true. They are the hardest working team, working from early morning to late. The craftsmanship is beautiful. Every detail is perfection.
