The whole deck had to be removed and rebuilt, including the footings. Colorado Custom gave us the best quote and did an excellent job replacing the deck using the highest quality materials. Jonathan’s team was fast and courteous, completing the entire removal and replacement in three weeks, through snow, rain and winds. We met with 3 companies about our project to replace our three-season room and old concrete patio with a covered deck, and we are so grateful we chose this team to work with. From start to finish this was the smoothest project we have ever done on our house, and the end result turned out amazing. During the design phase, Jonathan and Randy quickly understood our vision, and they were the only team to figure out how to make a single level deck (which other contractors said wouldn't be possible). Every person on the building team was friendly and respectful, and the crew did a truly remarkable job. We are so happy we made this investment for our home and look forward to using this outdoor space for the next 30 years. TLDR: Use these guys if you are looking for a contractor to build a new deck.
